Q 1: What kind package?

Q 2: What is the process of ordering a custom-made bag?

A 2: Our product manager will work with you to understand exactly what kind bag you need and offer recommendations. Once all details confirmed, we will amke a pre-production sample for your approval. Once you are satisfy with the sample, then we will start mass production and delivery to you.

Q 3: How to delivery the products?

A 3: We offer different kinds of shipping methods as below mentioned: For big order, it is deliveried by sea regularly, from our port to any destination port all over the world

For small order, it can be deliveried by air or express courier, like DHL, Fedex, TNT, Aramex etc.

Q 4: How long does it take to produce the gift items ?

A 4: Samples without logo: within 5 working days

Samples with logo: Within 10 working days

Bulk production usually take about 25 days. It depends on quantity.

Q5: How to delivery our order to pointed place?

There are a few optiongs for ship international, planes, trains, boats and automobiles etc, they are suit different situations
Courier service-- Like UPS, TNT, Fedex, Mailpost are delivery from door to door, suit for small quantity, samples, personal items and gifts. 
Air freight--It is a way to transport bulk goods worldwide quickly, usually suit for bulk goods less than 1 cbm or urgent order
Sea freight--The cheapest method of global shipping, but take long time. Suit for large shipments. 
Train--Cheap than air shipping, quicker than sea shipping.

The documentation is different for different country. The regular export documentation is as below mentioned:
